HELP me to sign in
Our SharePoint Portal only accepts GS-INC windows account ids. This means that the usernames which are formatted “gs-inc\firstname.lastname”.
If you are having a problem signing in, you might be encountering two problems:
1. You are using a GE core-load laptop.
How to determine if you are using a GE core-load: You are using SSO as windows login information.
If yes, your Service Manager must submit a request thru powersource for access, checking the GSI VPN Account option.
2. You do not have the correct password of your account.
To get account information: This means you have the username formatted this way à “gs-inc\firstname.lastname” you just have to send an email to email@example.com to reset password into new one.
